i ordered my t610 from O2(.co.uk) last sunday! Still not a word from them, w t f?! This is not good service! Think they'll care if i complain? give me liek a month free or smt?

call em up mate, its possible your orders failed for some reason and they aint told u!
for example I ordered a phone ages ago now, after a week id heard nothin so I rang them up. They said oh sorry ur card aint been accepted! I'm like WTF why didnt u tell me!!!
Either that or theyre out of stock or somethin. Either way they aint kept you updated which is wrong so get in touch with them!

cos i want it on an O2Online tariff.. Cunningly you can't get those in store
..
Yeh i'm gonna ring em tonight.. Hope if smts gone wrong, they can do something special to speed up the order.. Getting pissed off not having a phone.

i kno what u mean. o2 are shite for complaints n stuff. i have a t68 at the mo cos i broke my t68i. i have gold insurance and shud recieve a complimentary fone the next day.... did i f**k. i got a fone alright! 4 days later and the wrong one.. a t68! when i paid for the t68i!
not a happy o2 customer!

Tell me about it. When I ordered my T610 from O2 I had to wait about 3 weeks for it to arrive. They also sent me a cable, which they charged me £25 for. I didn't want this and sent it back. They have conveniently lost it, so I've paid for a cable I don't even have!
I also managed to get them to take a months line rental off for the trouble of waiting so long. Got my bill and they have taken A DAY'S line rental off instead.
To top it all, my phone has just stopped working (it won't switch on, see post above). I really can't wait to see what service I'm going to get to get a replacement!
ALSO NOT HAPPY!
