> IR problems--connecting fon 2 pc

I'm a new SE user (T610). I'm having problem connecting my phone to my laptop. I want to transfer images, tones, games to my phone. I installed the bundled software but it does not recognize my phone. It says it does not detect any phone, although the system tray has the icon "t610 is in range". I also tried using Win Xp wireless link...no luck there too. I hope somebody out there had this problem and help me. Thanks.

Once the Windows shows T610 in range, there are 2 ways by which you can transfer data from PC to Phone...
1. Right click on the file u wish to send. Select Send To-> Nearby computer... thats all is required.
2. If you are using XP... an Icon for the Nearby computer appears on the desktop. Just drag and drop the files on that to transfer to your nearby computer ( T610 )
