> My two week old T610 won't switch on!
Bookmark topic
Hi,
I've had my T610 for about two weeks. Yesterday when I picked it up I found it had switched itself off. When I tried to switch it on, it just flashed on briefly and played about a second of the tune it plays when you switch it on. The phone had plenty of charge, but I tried charging it overnight anyway.
This morning I noticed the red joystick LED was still flashing when it was charging. The same problem though, it won't switch on.
Is there a problem with the phone or the battery? I don't really want to send the whole phone back to O2 as it has several pictures stored on it that I want (I take it pictures are stored on the phone rather than the SIM..?).
Please help!
Thanks, Del.

The pictures are stored on the phone but can be backed up to a PC using IR or Bluetooth.
My phone occasionally won't switch on first time, but it always seems to work after a couple of attempts. It sounds like you may have a duff handset unfortunately.
