Feel rather retro talking about my T600 wen everyone is All "T610" and "P800", but well, I love my phone.
Anyways, my phone seems to have decided to die. It's like it constantly says "No Network" then when I tried to put another sim card to check if it was the phone, the phone is now rejecting all simcards not of that provider, but under the "Locks" menu, it IS NOT simlock. It keeps saying "Insert Sim"
Strangest of all, is that with my sim card I can't even emergency dail, but with no sim card I can. So what does this mean, is the antennae really dead is has my Software decided to go nokia(um, I mean, dead) on me?
Oh, my Software is:29 R1C, if that matters....

Well I love my T600 too, it has a lot of functionality in such a small size. And thanks to the metallic look - blue lights - white screenlights it still looks very up to date and fits in nicely with the newproduct line. I just read that the Z600 e.g. has no sms-receipt function. I could not live with that, once you are used to it. Also the T600 is one of the fastest SE's around. You can't beat the T9 on this phone. And it has a PIM etc. Only lacking colour screen (pfft) and address book extra's (gasp) and connectivity to PC (now that is a setback - after some time you want that).
All in all very underestimated phone except by SE themselves. Even if I ever buy another phone I'll keep the T600 for convenience.
BUT Unfortunaltely yours has a problem that needs fixing. It could be both sim-card and your phone. Take it to a service center of your provider, to check the sim, or to a SE service center to check the phone. It might still be in warranty?
I now have SW version 47 and something, it might be worthwhile to change your SW too.
I hope you can get it fixed.
