i tried www.sonyericsson.com/fun and upload my own pictures there but still can not WAP to get those pic right.. it came out sooo small!!

what format should the pic be? .gif? .jpg? and WHERE ELSE can i upload to WAP it down to my phone? anyone please? thank you!
