Someone did create a site only for tracker3 skins : http://escape.to/tracko
It should be great to post them all there.

And maybe there also should be there some tricks and explanation about making skins

Use bluetooth or email and send it to your phone. While it is in the inbox, choose import skin from the skins menu.
