Right guys, sorry if I'm posting on the wrong place or if this seems self explanatory to you guys but I need some help using my T610.

I'll give you the background first. I am trying to expose one of my friends as a liar and intend to do this by getting him in my car and recording a conversation with him using the T610 Sound Recorder. I have tested it and the sound works ok even if you are not talking directly into the phone. When I have this 'evidence' I want to transfer it to my laptop and be able to listen to the file (obviously) and also be able to e-mail it if the need arises. I have tried to test this and can transfer the file by infrared to my laptop but can't seem to play an amr file. How can I change this format so I can listen to the recording and/or e-mail it. I would appreciate it if you guys could explain it to me in simpleton terms as most of what people talk about on these web-sites goes straight over my head!

Once I manage to do this, I intend to join MI5. ;o) Cheers in advance, guys.

Either use the 3gpp component for quicktime, or AMR converter

You could also search Esato as you are not the first person who wants to play AMR on pc.

Here is my suggestion for the search

http://www.esato.com/board/search.php?q=play%20amr%20pc

and here is an example thread found in that search

http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=11671&forum=17

Welcome to Esato but please put more meaningful titles on your future threads because most people here need help and if everyone creates a thread titled "help needed" where would we be?

thanks guys for the replies. Have got it sorted out now. I'm having problems recording calls though as I'm thinking this might be an easier way to prove my point. Please see post a few threads up. Ta.
