> Signature on T610

Hi there!
Maybe it's a dumb question, but I've no clue:
Sending e-mails from the 610 i use my provider where i'm registered (so the sender is always my mailadress).
Now i want to attach a signature-line to my emails (sent by t610).
Where to put it?
Somewhere on the phone or on the emailclient from the provider?
thx!

Go into options in the email client and edit your email account settingds. In there is an option for signature where you have 2 options. First is no signature and second is to use whatever you put in your business card for the signature

Yes, there is the opinion to attach a sig. and the sig. line is coming up when i send via internet.

I just tested this and it works perfectly.
Its got nothing to do with your provider as it is simply text from the business card that the phone adds to the end of the mail message you create and your provider could not possibly know what part of the mail message was signature and what was your email text!

...but there r only 5 boxes to fill out on the t610 business card:
name
private
business
mobile
email
can i put the text in the "name"-box?

In my first test I only filled in the Name field but I just tested it again for you and filled in all fields. The only ones to make it into the signature are the Name field and the email field.

tried it - works fine!
also, the sender name (modified on the 610) is a different one as the one in the email client!
thx very much!
