I have recently installed the pc suite software for the p800. all other functions (the backup, instalation etc) work fine, the problem is when i click on the desktop icon to launch the phone monitor/file monitor. It fails to load and brings up a error report and freezes the computer. Has this happened to anyone else? Anybody know what to do or what is causing it. Any help would be much appreciated, cheers
