The 630 will be the exact same size as the T610, with 65k color TFD screen and 1.3 Mp camera.
All you doubters, look up my first post about the T610 where i EXACTLY described it's features 3 months before release!
Trust me, it's true.

I am waiting for T630 ! Hopefully it wll have memory stick duo slot or large memory and be able to file video as well ! Build in flash is also nice !

TFT is thin film transistor, TFD is thin film diode. TFD is better for mobiles etc and wrath000 has a good description
