> T616 band change?

ok i know the T616 supports 850/1800/1900 range of frequencies...but is there a way to change?
my mom's samsung V206 gets HORRIBLE reception at 900/1800. but a quick switch to 1900 always always gets her better reception.
so, sometimes i get crappy reception with my phone, is there a way for me to change?

I'm pretty sure you cannot change the band specifically (like you could on motorolas for example) but you could go to connectivity, GSM networks, select network and see if your operator has a different entry there for 1900 compared with 850/1800 (though I doubt it).
In theory the phone should be picking the best network automatically so while in GSM networks menu also check the setting of "search mode"
