Each time I go to backup my P800 it retirns the following error:

"aubri.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I am running Windows XP and this error appears in the usual XP errror reporting format asking you to send a report to Microsoft. I have not been able to backup my phone for a few months now. Help please.

Could you provide some more information?

For example, are you using the latest version of PC Suite (look here->
