About 1 week ago I emailed SE with a couple of questions (to do with Bluetooth), and I also mentioned bluejacking & bluejackQ. Today I received this reply:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for contacting the Sony Ericsson Customer Care Centre.
In order that we can respond to your enquiry, please explain the term
'Bluejacking'.
Please contact the Sony Ericsson Customer Care Centre again if we can assist you
further.
Kind Regards,

I honestly don't see any reason why a se adviser should know anything about bluejacking.

in my opinion from speaking to many of them, the 1st line of customer support don't know much about mobile phones in general.
you would think these people would take some interest in the jobs they are doing even if they are not trained for a specific topic. I know I do!

@MaThIbUs
I thought I'd better take their name out.
@BOSSHOGG
Well, after directing them to bluejackQ and saying it is a bluejacking website, you might have thought that they would have gone there to find out what bluejacking is if they didn't know. They didn't actually need to know what it was to answer my questions anyway.
Yeah but Masseur you're just great anyway. It's common knowledge that these people don't know anything!!

This just ran into my thoughts: if you mentioned BluejackQ, and you get a reply like that... they didn't visit BluejackQ! What will/did you reply?

I suppose if you gave them a link, they should have looked in. Maybe they'll all get a crash course in blujacking now :-D
