You can use existing themes for the T610 on the Z600.
Their pixels 128x160 allows you to share the same wallpapers, themes and even theme editor (editor is theoretically possible unless there's some changes in firmware).
Have done an infrared transfer of a 128x160 picture from T610 to Z600. No problem.

Wots the Z600 like? Im think of ditching my 7210 (still full of bugs) for my first SE fone. I was impressed at the T68i & T610. I prefer clamshells tho. Wots the pics like from the camera?

just run through the pictures on the homepage of Esato for Z600.
IMO, the Z600 has the best hand grip for a clamshell (for a guy's grip anyway). Quite thick though at 28mm.
Overall, it's features are similar to the T610. If you're considering the Z600, do pop by the phone shops to have a go at the T610. If you like the interface, you can choose between the T610 and the Z600.
If you're in no hurry, you'd like to wait for the T630. A direct upgrade of the T610.

Uk should see release of the Z600 this month if not by November.
As it is, S.E. has T226/T230 slated for November followed by Z200 in November/December period.
This is on top of P900 and T630 slated for between November 2003 to January 2004. Looks like a very busy period for S.E. and for us S.E. collectors.
