Some smart Italian fella has made a editor for Tracker 3 skins. I guess there will be a flood of tracker skins to come

had a quick go on it last night...
think its just makes it easier so you dont have to mess aroudn with code.
you still have to create .bmp images for buttons and stuff... so it isnt that much easier....
