we (orange retail) have have numerous problems with cellistica, they have a habit of loosing handsets! its great,

the best thing you can do, is in your best english write the most polite, but concise, harsh letter to them, basically telling them to take there fingers out of thier a**'s and to get your P800 working, im sure a quick remark along the lines of "If my P800 does not return in working order, i will make sure that everyone i know will never buy an SE phone again!"

could be a starting point!?

I have also just had the Celestica 'experience'. They lost 2 phones that the apparently tried to send to me and when I finally got my replacement (after 1 month) it is a faulty phone.
I have now complained to SE UK and am awaiting to see what action they will take.
Celestica are totally crap. They must be the worst customer-related company in the world. In my various phone calls to Celestica I was on hold 1.75 hours, 1.5 hours, 1 hour and regularly 45 minutes at a time. Pathetic !!
It sounds like SE need to renew their logistics contract with a more reliable supplier.
I wonder how long SE are prepared to let their customers get screwed over by Celestica before they finally realise they could be damaging for their image.
So much for customer service
