I think

will relase t630 firmware on t610. The hardware is the same on booth phones the only diffrense is the screen. So it will be teoreticly possible. Just look at t68 to t68i.

What I heard on the new software (T630) is that it is the same as the one on theT610, so it won't change anything, except the new menu without the shortcuts.

well the T630 does have software in it to interpolate the standard cam pics up to VGA size and I suppose some people might like that in the T610.
I doubt you can put the T630 firmware into the T610 but I suspect

may add a few features into the T610 such as the one I just mentioned
