Ok so i have my docking station installed, and it successfully connects and shows connected.

If i right click on the syncstation software to change phone, there is no phone listed. Tried loading the software, all says that there is no phone detected.

ARgh been toying with it for hours to get nowhere.

I downloaded the latest software from the site.

any help appreciated .. anyone else experienced same problems?

Check the metal connectors in your phone or the cradle for rust or dirt. If you can connect using IR or BT but not via USB, its the physical connection and not the software.
