i just got a t68m with the latest firmware...and compared it with a mates... i think his is an older model as the kepad lights arnt as bright as mine..but what i would like to know from u guys is that his screen light was a lot brighter than mine and his colors were a lot sharper/fuller ..i hope im making sense here...
eg..the picture of homer simpson (dowbloaded from esato ) should be bright yellow but on my screen it looks more like a dull flesh color ..i have messed about with the contrast setting (in engineering menu)..no joy
what does anyone elses screen look like ?????

excellent fone though !!!!!!

I think all LCD displays are different. Have just replaced my T68 for one with R2B made in sweden and the display is better than before. Ed This post was posted from a T68

I found that on my old R1b hardware version, the phone display was pretty poor, poor colour reproduction but very well lit. On my new T68 with the new R4A hardware the display is not quite as well lit-up but the coulur is miles better, completely different to my old one. I am happy with this version!

I compared mine with a friend, and we have same SW, but his lights on keypad were much brighter and so was his screen, it was a really noticeable difference there..

My brother has one of the first T68 models and for my surprise his colors look much better than mine. Same software but my t68 is newer.
