Man u can get £500 for that phone right now, why would they sell it for £250 or so?
Also there account is verified, but if your bidding in the UK and things go wrong you wont be covered! Trust me i have been there!

Its possible he may or may not be the real deal.
Remember, there are still 'tester only' and developer samples of the phone out there. Some guy may just want to capitalize on that.
What you should learn to do in Ebay is to go over the sellers feedback to see what they've traded in over the past few months, or so.
It'll give you a fair idea of how legit he/she is.
This guy you've sent us a link to, for instance, has traded in items ranging from GSM phones to golf shoes to....and I'm not making this up...Rectal Thermometers (gulp!).
So, who knows if its real or not.
It wouldn't surprise me if he turns out to be a real A$$-h0le though...that was a joke, by the way....Ahem...rectal thermometers and whatnot!!!

I just ordered from this guy this morning and I knew I should have looked to you folks first. His account although odd does seem to be legitimate. JiggyJaggy - “money sent to Romania” I missed that part and can’t find the info. I am a little unsure to say the least but I want that phone and now!

PayPal will cover up to five hundred dollars if something goes wrong. I got the P800 I have now the same way from Hong Kong last year and everything was fine. Anyway… I hope I get the phone and all goes well. I’ll be sure to post if or when something happens.
Also, anyone think someone will make a little joypad to swap out with the keypad.
Thanks.

Sorry folks -- this is definitely a scam. There was an artcle last week on MSN about ROmaina being the world's leader in cybercrime these days. And I would not count on PayPal refundi9ng money -- read the small print very carefully -- I do not think it covers international transactions...

the best part is that the guy who bought the phone on ebay has negative feedback for not paying for a p800.
