according to the FAQ on the reqwireless web site that means you have not got your internet data account set as CID=1. Perhaps your wap data account is set as CID=1 instead?

I have the same problem, my wap Gprs is cid 1. Anything i can do to sort it? Or do you need a full Gprs subscription for that?

if by full you mean internet as oppposed to WAP GPRS then yes. webviewer will only work with an internet GPRS data account.

It works ok with the Ericsson wap gateway,does with me but its too slow anyway,and it does'nt matter what profile i use to visit Esato,i always get error

You are probably better of using HTML-light version of Esato anyway
I've tried Webviewer, it's
really slow. I simply don't have the patience... (not to mention the serious traffic it generates)
