> New T610, Clicking cracking noise

Hi, just got a T610 today and it has a really annoying clicking/cracking sound at the right side of the phone. The cracking occurs when I press the - key,c,3,6 and 9. It feels like the cover is loose partly along this side of the phone as the left side is fine. Apart from this problem its a great phone so far just not happy with this little problem. Do you think I should ask for a replacement as the phone should definitely not be like this.
Anyone else with this trouble???

I dont have the cracking noise when pressing any buttons on the keypad, but i do if i lightly press the plastic screen cover just above the left softkey. I didnt take it back because I got it on upgrade. Worth a try tho.

i kinda had the same 'problem' too with my T610...its really not a problem cos it just gets on your nerves cos its a new phone and your paranoid that something may be wrong...
anyway what i eventually did was to go down to the sonyericsson service centre to ask them if they could do anything abt it.... This took a couple of months before i realised that there was a service centre abt 10 mins from my house
so i told them abt the squeeking and they were really helpful...so i came back 2 hours later and they replaced it with a new front cover (which got rid of my 2 billion stratches too).
so maybe u should try doin that.....
