As some of you might know us North Americans suffer from poor GSM signals especially with the SE's becasue for some reason there use of the 1900 band is crap. We have 850 coming out which is supposed to fix a few problems but anyways...
I just got a t226 and the rf is awesome it's 850-1900 band but the 850 is not running yet so it;s solely on 1900. It's incredible I think they finnally figured it out. My phoen has excellent call quality and rf even in my basement where my p800 and t616 signals flucauate like mad.
Now my one wish is that the next p800 firmware upgrade can offer the same quality in signal is it possible with jsut a firmware upgrade? I hope so..caus ei;m way to broke to get a p900.
anyways if you're looking for a phoen with kick ass rf go with the t226.
the phoens pretty nice and the ringers are vert loud for a change.
