has anyone had problems with resteor, it reads 'can not restore! it is recomonded that you try again.'
I have tried 10 times, what else is there to do? Thanks.

I don't want to pre-judge this but if you were not using the latest PC Suite s/w when backing-up it may mean the back-up may be corrupt. Have you tried restoring an older back-up?
Given you previous posts, I assume you were not successful in extracting specific data files from the back-up (.zip) file.

it may mean that u install a soft on ur p800 that cause prob with older versions of the pc suite like appforge if i am not wrong.Download the newer version
