> Problems with t68i caller image
Bookmark topic
Hi! I have a problem with my new t68i: When I assign an image to a caller, not only is the image not displayed when that person calls, but also the general caller identification does not work anymore (= when an image is assigned, the phone does not display the callers name anymore, but only his number).
Is this a bug in the software or is there a trick to it...?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

"Caller identification"?
The phone's manual says, if the caller transmits his phone number and the number is stored in the phone book, the phone automatically displays the caller's name and - if one is assigned - also the caller's image.
The first part works fine: If someone from my phone book calls me (and I have no image assigned), the phone shows me his name. But as soon as I assign an image to a person in my phone book, the phone does not show his name anymore, nor the image...
How can this have to do with "caller identification"? I somehow get the feeling, it's a bug in the software...

No, I don't think it's a problem with duplicate phone numbers.
The weird thing is that the identification works if no image is assigned. Only as soon as I assign an image, that person is not recognized anymore by the phone...

Well mine is working fine, both name and picture appear.
Although I did find, that when using own Themes, the text/writing/shading shouldnt be white or one-coloured,..then you wont be able to see the text/name properly on the picture
