Hello. I would like to know if there is any secret to create a .jpeg image compatible with this phone. I made a template in Photoshop, 72 dpi, RGB space, 288 x 352 px and the final file size was under 30 kb and still not working. I upload the image straight to the pictures folder onto my phone via my Powerbook G4 with Bluetooth built in running Mac OS X 10.3 (Build 7B85) and when I try to preview the image on my phone is corrupted (does not preview).

Is there a special image compression or a different type or way to encode a .jpeg that will make it work?

Thanks a lot,

I am looking forward to hear from you,

Sincerely,

Alex

Hi Alex,
Welcome to the forum

When you saved the image did you save it as a progressive jpeg?

If you did try the ‘baseline (“Standard”)’ option on the format options.
