Do the P800 and P900 calendars both support both all-day and recurring events?
Has anyone successfully tested syncing such events with iSync 1.3?

Yes it does.
But there's no specific "all-day" toggle so you have to specify the time (like 12:00am to 11:59pm). It has a repeat toggle if you scoll down. You can select the frequency, interval and end date.
