> P800 problem, Icons missing, help!

Hello, I have a problem with my p800, All of my icons are missing except the one that is the picture of the phone, All I can do is make and recieve calls, I cant text message, use the camera, play games etc... the icons are just gone...
I plugged it into the computer and it says everything is still there, I dont understand what is wrong.. Ive restarted it, removed the battery and sim card, and it is still sthe same, anybody have any idea what is going on?

it happend to me a few days ago,i dont't what cause this but the only way to make it work is format internal drive,then restore if u want!

mate, removing the memeory stick and reinserting it sometimes solves this problem. Also uninstalling a minor application can also solve this prob you can reinstall it later. Use Sman a freeware from a fellow esatonian and that has a feature called Fix app list which will help in fixing the applications list. Try any of this and let us know how it went.

Can't you even see the menu on the main screen that is 'applications ' 'View' and 'All'. If you can see that then go to applications > un install
EDIT: Formatting the drive will take you back to square one and then you have to install all the apps etc again try other things before it
If you have sman already installed then go to 'View' menu in the main screen and then preferences and assign Sman to the phone icon (I presume that is the only on which can be seen ) then in SMan , Function> Utilities >Fix Applist
If you don't have sman then you can download it from

I don't think the formatting of the internal drive is the only way out! I have had such strange problem once (just was takin' some photos of my friends and suddenly all disappeared!). First, I did a reset. Then when the phone have rebooted I discovered that the icons didn't appeare. After the second reboot they finally appeared but as A-B-C-listed! Phone by the way wasn't working good, was freezing. When I got back home I backuped all my contacts and data *manually* and formatted my Memory Stick DOU and then did a master reset. All got back and my P800 doesn't have such problems since then...

What does stand for?
I cant do any of the above stuff, the only thing I can get to is my phone lit and call log, there arent icons for ANYTHING else, they are all gone!
