> P800 Sync conflict with McAfee

I am unable to sync the P800 to my computer if McAfee is installed. Even if McAfee is disabled and firewall is off/"allow everything. Tried on XP home and Pro. I also installed the P800 software before installing the McAfee software. (After uninstalling McAfee first - if this makes a difference?) This was on a brand new computer without any other software on it. Any suggestions!

I turn off the antivirus just after restarting. And I don't put the phone in the cradle immediately... maybe wait for a few seconds or a minute after sutting down the antivirus. This works 90% of the time. Of course there are times that it does not work... just try again.

Thanks - As I am a first time user, I subsequently discovered the "Search Esato" P800 McAFee, where I found a reply from McAfee which I am yet to put to the test, but it sounds promising!
