Does anyone know where I can get my T610 upgraded in the Northeast of the US? My box says I have R3A, but when I check the SW Information page it says R1S001...

email www.virtualdynamix.com first before u send it in to get flashed. i am in the same boat as you. i have a feeling that R1S is a variation, maybe a customization, but the base firmware is R3A. please repost here once you get their feedback. i would do it, but i dont care what firmware i have as long as its not R1A. there are only slight changes made in every firmware upgrade for me to bother sending it in.

*BTW, minnesota(?) is the closest service point in the NE.
