there mobile to celestica befor?
Hi, has anyone sent there mobile to celestica in the uk for a sw update and how long did it take for them to return the fone when i first foned them they say 4-5 days for a sw update the second time i foned they said 10 working days
can anybody help!

Celistica are the worst, i work for orange an we hav to send any warrenty issues to them, and althoug the t200 aint best phone it the world but should customers have to wait over 6 weeks for a repair!! one poor lady had a loan phone the great nokia 402 for 11 weeks, while her t200 was waiting for a replacement, when i tried to contact celestica i was on hold for 1hr an 10 mins! although they seem to answer there phones a bit quicker over the last few weeks, they still are the worst out all the warrenty repair companys!!!

Unfortunately, there is no alternative to Celestica. They are the only advanced repair centre in UK. Some
service centres are categorised at different levels so they can do jobs like replace casings etc but most serious work has to go to Celestica
