My infrared port is enabled,and he is working properly,but I can't transfer pictures from phone to PC.Does anyone know the reason? My computer doesn't "see" phone.Why? HELP ME!!! THANK YOU!!!

verify that IR is enabled on both your pc and phone. then try to connect them (make 'em see each other's port)...
