Help !
After 5 weeks of waiting for my replacement P800, now that I have it I cannot synch it. This used to work fine. I have completely uninstalled PC Suite 1.5.1 and resinstalled it - no joy. So I have now tried installing the latest 2.0.1 but still the same error. I am using the sych cradle/cable with Outlook 2000.
Any ideas??
Upon trying to synch I get the message "Synchronisation Failed" - thats it, no further explanation.

I don't know how this all works tbh, but maybe there's a setting somewhere that goes with your ex-P800 (IMEI or anything?)... Good luck anyway
