has anyone else had this problem: Try to restore my phone using the p800 suite software that came with my phone but it keeps saying that there is a problem restoring data. This happens no matter which backup I use, be it the first one I done in April or the one one I done last week. Any ideas? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

First, its worth searching the forum (e.g. using the search strings p800 restore").
Second, are you using the latest version of the SE PC Suite software? If not get this from the SE support site. Remember to unistall the previous version first. Try this and see if it helps. The final option is to selectively restore files using winzip to access the back-up files.
