Firmware on the phone.
----------------------
PDA software version: CXC162021 R1B 030922
Phone software version: R3B004 CXC162022
Bluetooth software version: CXC12529 R5D
CDA Version: CDA162003/5 R1A04
First Impression
----------------
To start off with i feel its a big improvement over the P800. The interface has changed a bit and it feels much more nice and user friendly. The feel and grip of the phone is very good, and the phone also feels lighter. The flip of the phone is very much usable, unlike the p800. Keys are large and easy to press.
Call Feature
------------
Reception is very good and stable. Voice clarity is better or equal to the p800. Speakerphone has improved and is also very much usable. One diffrence that i imediately noticed and i liked a lot was on the P800, when the phone was on silent, we couldnt use the speakerphone. On the p900, also if the phone is on silent, and you open the flip the speakerphone starts. This was very annoying on the p800 and i really like this being fixed on the p900. Using it without the flip, the touchscreen is more resposive to the fingers, and also the buttons for dialing without the flip are much more bigger and very responsive. When i used my fingers to dial a number, i dint miss any number as i used to on the p800.
Messages

I havent tried the t9, as im more a multi-tap person. The keys are heaven to multi-tap. They are so big which makes its easy to input characters. Another thing is with the flip on (and closed), when you see your sms, you can even see the sms of your simcard. This was not avaliable on the p800. You can also with the flip close now create an mms. I belive this feature was also not there on the p800.
Tho ive got to rush now for some work, as i play ard more will post the details. BUt i got to say im really impressed abt the small things that were ignored on the p800 and have been rectified on the p900.
If there are any question let me know ill try to answer them as i get the chance.
cheers.

Any info from the shop from where you bought your P900 on the level of interest / sales of the P900?

Can you please confirm if the V-rally game is only a one level demo, and are there any other games on the multimedia disc?

@Jah: I bought it directly from axiom telecom, they are the distrubitors. They told me its moving out very fast. Actually i went to 3 stores to get it. The first 2 had already run out of stock, and managed to get it at the third place.
@Prevail: Sound options and events are almost identitcal to the p800. If there is anythin diff i notice will let you know.
@BlackBauer24: On the application and content disc, tehre is only one folder called the Games. It has only 2 files. One is VR_Demo.sis and the other is The PDF Manual. I havent yet installed the game, but as the filename appears it looks like a demo.
