> irda for t310 to XP

i have t310 and i use irda (tekram-irmate) to transfer data.
as long as i transfer data from pc to t310 there's no problem, untill i tried to transfering data from t310 to pc the trouble comes.
there was no dialog box for transfering data from t310 to pc, and i couldn't do anything with it.
but when i tried with t610 it worked!
is there anything wrong with it?do you have any suggest which irda i should buy, i want it compatible for most mobile?
