Bookmark topic
Hi all,
Has anyone managed to get a Trust BT120 Bluetooth dongle and their P800 talking?
I've installed all the software, but I can't seem to be able to get the two to communicate.
Any ideas?

Just bought Billionton Bluetooth USB, and installed the software. It rocks !!. I just need to open the serial port then it synchronize with my P800. I can even use file manager to copy and paste files. Also installing some softwares. And using remote P800.The range is 100m !!!!
In fact, it's the second bluetooth I bought. First one was Dlink BT120. It was very difficult to install the software and could not connect to serial port at all.

i got a belkin dongle, with 100m range. just saying it works well, can do all the stuff that cradle does. range is very good too. can control bemused (winamp control software) and bluejack my computer (puts a contact into the ftp folder in the installed software) from farther than i need. about 50 meters away and it works well. dunno how far it does work cause ive not tested it, but i wont need it to work further than that so it doesnt matter. get off ebay too, save a bundle. in shops here (australia) cost about 120AUS (about 65US) but i got online for 60AUS (30-35US)

I doubt it'll be much help but you could always look at my replies in this thread (relates to T68i and Trust BT120):

Can anyone who has a bt dongle tell me if it controls the MS Intellimouse Bluetooth?
The MS BT drivers are crap and only allow you to use the P900 as a dial up point - i am thinking about getting another dongle rather than the one supplied with the mouse.
