Just a quick question before I go out and buy my P900 - does anyone know if it is possible to leave a copy of email messages on the server with the email software included with the P900?

Thanks,
Jacob

With every phone I have used including T68i, P800 and T610 the message is always left on the server so you can download to your pc at a later date. There is no choice.

The only time they will be deleted from the server is if you delete them on the phone then perform another send/receive

edit. btw. thats also the same with the palm pc and ipaqs I have had too so almost certainly will be the same with the P900

Thanks - so just to verify, there are 10,000 emails in my account I setup for my T68i which I never downloaded on a PC - unless the emails were deleted?

Yeah, unless you've deleted the messages, or your provider deletes old messages for you (highly unlikely), all those messages are still on the server.
