This is indeed very much possible. Use the SonyEricsson Dial-up wizard.
You will need to install a bluetooth modem (the drivers should already be there if you installed the

Communication suite)

Another way to go is to use the dial-up service from the bluetooth neighbourhood

By the way, when you are installing the bluetooth modem, tell it to use the COM port used by the BlueTooth serial port to your phone, otherwise it won't work.
