has anyone had any bad experiences with Handango.com? I've mailed them already 3 times in the past week regarding my activation code for the software I bought from them, still no reply. Zelch.

Am I the isolated case?

My problem with them is that they only accept CREDIT CARDS.....
I emailed them to ask if there is plans to accept debit cards....or any other method of payment...and their reply was basically.....tough luck...you should have a credit card!!

I do not want one!!

I've always found their customer support to be top-notch, they are very very quick at refunds when it comes to credit cards

i dunno bout activation codes....don't u have to email the support team of the app u bought, not handango?!

I have had no problems with Handago. Their response time is a bit slow but I think that this may be d/t the fact that they have to liase with the software publishers to sort out most problems. I do have one gripe L3Solutions have very poor customer support. I have been trying to register TimeBill for the last 2 months with no success. The only solution is to return their software and avoid L3Solutions like the plague.
