I heard that P900 with Outlook 2003 dosn´t work to sync. is this true?
Do you have to have outlook 2002 or earlier?

That is not true.
I have Outlook 2003 and I have the P900 and they sync perfectly with each other. I think even smoother than the P800 used to sync.
