I am from belgium and can buy a P900 in Germany, is there a Dutch language as standard in it to use with the T9 (sms) can i buy the P900 over there and will i be able to use the T9 (sms) in flemish or dutch ?

Currently it looks like there is only German, Spanish, French, Italian and Swedish on the P900 language tools site
