In the official P800 white paper, it mentions the feature "Password Generators from RSA Security an Secure Computing" under the Security section. What are they, and what (and how) are they used for?

RSA is used to generate keys to authenticate access to a network, be it WAP or secure shell. This technique is used e.g. in the internal WAP browser. You can read more about it if you search for "RSA and public keys" in a search engine

Would I be correct in saying that it's internal as far as being "part" of the Symbian OS?
