I just checked with them and they are.
You neeed to go on the 400 plan (£50 per month) and you get the handset for £149.99. Obviously there is a tie in and the phone is blocked as well, (pants for the blocking). Not a bad deal really and you can get the phone unblocked as well.
Still going to give it a miss for a little while. Wait until next year and see what an upgrade will be in March

Suddenly all the shops are starting to get them and the £600 sim free price looks like a pile of poo!!!
