Every few hours I look at my phone and the screen just says Insert SIM... The batteries are charged and the SIM is in properly (if it goes in properly at all) so does anyone know what this could be? It also tends to hang on a blue screen until I take the battery out sometimes...
While I'm here... Does anyone know how to turn off the sound it makes when you take a picture?

Must be a faulty phone. Get it flashed with the latest firmware to see if it solves the problem. If not take it back to the store you bought it from.
To get the sound of when taking pictures you have to turn your phone to silent (shortcut press 'c')

You could just check your sim/contacts are not greasy.
Use meths on a cotten bud & MUST be nice & dry before testing it after.

It's taken to turning itself off randomly now too... I was jus half way through a text and it turned off - I tried to turn it back on but it would let me - then a couple of minutes later it just popped back on again and said "Insert SIM"
