> T28 not switching on

I have a couple of t28's I bought off E-Bay a while ago all with the same problem..... they wont switch on.
I had 3 of my own t28 repaired under warranty when I had mine, so I know it was a common problem.
Does anyone know what the problem, and if possible how to fix it.
It is definatly not a battery problem, cause I have swapped it with my T39mc.
I know its an old phone but it would be good to get them going again.

the problem is with the charge accumulator. no one really knows why the accumulator stops functioning. i've had a t28 for 3 years almost, and i have go through 3 of them as the charge accumulator dies. the problem is not with the battery or the charger, as confirmed by Ericsson (and now Sony Ericsson). no one really knows why it goes bad, but i'm sure it's related to who assembled and manufactured the phone. the only way to fix this is to send it to a service center. also, make sure you let your phone's battery drain completely a few times, i've notice that on my 3rd t28 this seems to help prolong the life.

it can be a few different causes... but the most common fault on T28 and R320 when they are dead is a shorted PA circuit... you can't fix this by yourself since it's a BGA circuit...
