Hi,
No matter what email address I try to setup on my T610 it always displays the error 'Cannot find server' when using normal dialup or GPRS.
Has anyone got email working on this phone? I'm with O2 Online if that helps.
Thanks

Why make 4 threads about this? Delete 3, now you still can!

Who are you referring to? I hope it wasn't me! As I stated above, whatever happened was no fault of mine.
I deleted what posts I could but i'm unable to delete the others. When it takes about a minute to delete a post, it couldn't be done quickly.

hey guys, the server was going pretty slow at that moment and the guy prob just kept pressing submit. he's a newbie here so give him a break eh?
to answer the question you are probably connecting to WAP rather than to an internet data account

In answer to your question I've got email working on dial-up and GPRS. Which ISP are you using for dial-up? And have you tried putting the DNS address in for it? I did that using Freeserve as the ISP and it worked fine.

I have 'O2 WAP GPRS' and 'O2 WAP GSM' profiles setup on the phone. I just checked the data settings for these and they both have '...' (ie. nothing) as the DNS server.
Thanks for any help
