I am having problems setting up GPRS on my T68. I follow the instructions Globe gives me but whenever I try accessing WAP, I always get a Failed message. Also when I slide the volume knob to look at the GPRS status, I always get "GPRS not Allowed" as my status. The GPRS signal bar also disappears 5 seconds after switching on my phone.

Help!

@ WestIce
Are you a plan subscriber or prepaid? If you are a plan subs -You need to call up customer service representative to activate your GPRS access to your account. If you are a prepaid subscriber - you are not allowed for GPRS account.

I am a post-paid subscriber and have confirmed with Globe that my GPRS account has been activated. I Called up Globenet and they seem that they haven't got the slightest clue. I followed all the instructions and still no access. Anybody have an idea on what's wrong?

Thanks

I bought my phone in Hong Kong. Does globe have a special setup they do on the phones they sell here?
