Welcome to esato
This is what the manual says:
"1. With the headset turned off, press and hold [the on/off button] for up to ten seconds until the indicator light on the headset flashes green and red. Then realese the button.
2.Press and hold [the on/off button] until you hear two beeps, followed a moment later by another two beeps. The headset is now turned off. Keep the headset off for at least 30 seconds. The headset has now been reset"
Hope it helps.

The problem is that its not responding at all. i think what i need to do is disconnect the battery for a little while, but not sure how to do that. I was hoping someone might have had a similar problem, so i don't just have to start pulling it apart blind. thanks though.

you're not leaving anything out of your 'story' eg. [i dropped it and] it has stopped responding
i'm
not trying to accuse you or be nasty to you in any way, it's just that sometimes it's easier for us to help with the full picture in mind.

i bought it used from someone, so no proof of purchase. i believe it stoped working while i was trying to pair it with my PC. I set it to discoverable, and tried to pair it. That didn't work so i started messing with my computers bluetooth settings, when i went back to it, it didn't respond.
