Before you read I wanna say that the test didn't took very long.
First impression when you look at it: it looks wide (almost same wide as P800 but thinner, to me it looks wide) so that was a small shock (didn't expect that).
The P900 has been build around the screen so you get focussed on it immediately. Colours look okay!
Then the flip... on the pics on the internet the flip looks more solid... in real life it looks more fragile in compare to the pics on the internet.
Also the earspeaker (and that surrounded plastic) looks bigger on the internet then in reallife (thank god
).
JogDial: The jogdial has the same functions on the P800.
But the jogdial was really stiff to use in compare to the P800 one (the P900 I used was 6 month old so it wasn't new).
Software...
It was a proto so not many things where working so couldn't not try it.
On the eye it's the same as P800 but al little bit faster and much more fresh to the eye then they always so Icy Blue from P800!
Handy Day worked on P900!
And pics taken with communicorder are better then taken with P800's communicam. But not much better.
In total:
The P900 is more a business phone and looks more like it.
If you have a P800 and consider to buy a P900...
well if you can afford it do it, but if you are on a doubt between
a P900 or a new Laptop (an example!!) you'd better buy a Laptop there aren't many big changes on first sight!
But the P900 has a better screen and more multimedia functions then the P800!
It is a P800 on steroids!
So I wait for my P900, I hope it will be in my hands very soon.
